Four Newspapers
Apparently, four newspapers, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday copies of the OC Register, has a volume of about 20 gallons when cut into 0.5-1" strips.
When soaked in water and drained until just damp, the volume is reduced by half, conveniently fitting into one bin.
