Apparently, Spooky's Hungry

Twice a day, I feed Spooky by putting food in his bowl, I swear. He even gets fresh water each time.

I think Spooky thinks he's hunting when I bring home a new bag.

That or he's telling me the last bag went stale. Hmm...
