They are parasite eggs. Probably given to him accidentally from an infested puppy or dog or other animal. They are either hookworm or tape worm, however, there are many different species of each one of those. Im trying to figure out a way to get rid of them from my child.

Hi, came across your pic. What type of worm eggs are these? I'm asking because I found these very things in my son's poop.
My son has something that looks exactly like this in his poop! Did you figure out what it was?
